Harvey Granat Presents: The Golden Age of Broadway

Four programs focused on iconic composers who contributed to Broadway’s most fertile period. Each program will feature live performance of their great songs along with stories about the songs, the shows and films from which they came. All programs are on Thursdays at 7:00 PM with plenty of opportunity for Q&A and sing-along. Musical Direction by Rob Kelly.

This is Harvey Granat’s 4th summer program at Berkshire South. He recently presented an 8 week sold out series at Florida Atlantic University in Boca and Jupiter and presents a very popular monthly series on The American Songbook at 92nd St Y in NYC. He has made over 250 appearances at Canyon Ranch in Lenox and has done special performances at Lincoln Center, Norton Museum, and a host of other venues.

American Sign Language
Learn the basics of American Sign Language through classes with our beginning ASL course. This course is designed to help expand participants’ knowledge of the deaf community to allow for more empathy and compassion.

Berkshire South Bridge Club
For adults and seniors. Duplicate bridge returns to Berkshire South with two games each week! Join certified bridge director, Dan Philip for this ACBL-sanctioned game with friendly people. Immediate results and reports sent by email and posted on the web. The game is stratified so each pair will compete against those with similar skills. Open to ACBL members and non-members alike.
