For the first time, members who work the 9-5 can gear-up or unwind with us! Start your day with the new, high-energy, cross and strength training class, Morning Kickoff! After work, come unwind from your day with our stress-relieving Sunset Yoga class.
And for our fitness fanatics, we’ve added new Functional fitness classes, Aqua Core and Hydro-Fit. So now you can keep your body guessing while improving your everyday activities.
Meet your wellness goals from the inside out with programs like our new morning Meditation class, our Practical Nutrition and Health with Michael Glasser R. D. series and our trigger point therapy for body pain & tension release workshop, Get on the Ball.
From classes for youth conditioning, mind and therapeutic exercise, and exhilarating fitness programs, there is now truly something for everyone!

Our popular Sunday morning class is based on Joseph Pilates’ discipline of strengthening the muscles central to posture and lengthening all muscles essential to balance, movement and agility. Suitable for all levels.
Sundays 9-10 a.m.
Cardio Kick Boxing
This class combines a high-energy, cardio workout with the flexibility and strength building of kickboxing. Punch mitts are used for an intense energy and muscle building blast! This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Whole Body Workout
Put the fun back into FUNctional fitness! This class is designed to work your entire body using weights, bands, balls and movement to develop and maintain muscle, core strength and balance, while improving joint movement and flexibility. Keep your heart pumping and your body moving with innovative exercises that are both challenging and fun.
Mon & Wed 10-11 a.m.
Circuit Training is a moderate intensity class that incorporates strength training using body weight, as well as free weight exercises. Cardio intervals help this total body workout maximize your calorie burn.
Wednesdays 9-10 a.m.
A one-hour, total-body workout that incorporates a variety of high intensity cardio work, focusing on endurance, agility and strength, ending with a relaxing stretch. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Mondays 5:30-6:30 p.m.
This total-body, deep stretching class is designed to help you stretch the connective tissues of the body, lengthen muscle tissue and create space in joints keeping a constant flow throughout the hour. It will include all the major and minor muscle groups, designed to improve overall flexibility & balance. You can expect gentle stretching to enhance a greater range of movement.

Ready to get ripped? Check out this total body, plateau-proof, fitness formulated, body burn! We use resistance, intervals, plyometrics, power and endurance training to get you ripped! Moderate to high intensity.
Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Start your day off with this moderate to high intensity class. Mix it up with high-energy cardio and strength training exercises. Use both free weights and bodyweight movements for a complete workout.
Mon & Wed 7-8 a.m
World-renowned fitness expert Bonnie Prudden exercised her whole life, even up to her final days in a hospice bed. In her lifetime she suffered a bone crushing skiing accident, cancer and heart bypass surgery. Yet she lived to be 97 years old! (We know you’ll be RUNNING to this class.) One of the things that set Prudden’s exercise program apart from all others was that it could be adapted to any age and any ability. This class includes complete warm-up, cardio movements, strengthening and cool-down/stretch for all levels.

NEW! Sunset Yoga
Come breathe, stretch, strengthen and relieve stress in this gentle-moderate paced yoga class. Options and modifications will be offered to meet your body’s needs. All levels are welcome.
Thursdays 6-7 p.m.
Get your heart and muscles pumping with this fun, full-body fitness class. This high energy workout begins with a warm-up and then moves into interval cross training and strength-training exercises that target the entire body to improve cardiovascular capability and increase muscular strength and endurance.
Thursdays 5-6 p.m.
This class offers a comprehensive full-body workout. Every session combines cardio, strength and endurance training using a wide variety of methods; body resistance, weights, stability balls, resistance bands, kettlebells and more! Be prepared to get your sweat on indoors and out (weather permitting). Moderate to high intensity.
Saturdays 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Zumba is a high energy class that uses Latin and international music to create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness program. Every class feels like a party! Zumba routines feature a combo of fast and slow rhythms that make you feel joyful and alive. No dance experience is necessary.
