Co-Ed Pickup Basketball
Thursdays 6:30-8 p.m.
Ages 13+. Join the group in the Beinecke gymnasium for co-ed basketball pickup night. You don’t need a full team, just drop in on your own or with some friends, and teams will be put together on-site as needed. Pre-registration is not required. All levels are welcome in this low-key, welcoming game.

Get Fit Challenge

Saturdays 7-8 a.m.
This 8-week inspiring program will help establish long term healthy habits through friendly individual competition! Participants form a tight knit group which, as experts have found, is the best way to shed some pounds. Plus there is the added motivation of the weekly weigh-in. Exclusive workouts both indoors and outdoors, special workshops, classes, and local community walks/runs expose participants to many different styles of exercise. Personal Trainers Shay Donald and Todd DiMario will challenge you with this calorie incinerating program!

Our popular Sunday morning class is based on Joseph Pilates’ discipline of strengthening the muscles central to posture and lengthening all muscles essential to balance, movement and agility. Suitable for all levels.
Cardio Kick Boxing
Sundays 10-11 a.m.
Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 p.m.
This class combines a high-energy, cardio workout with the flexibility and strength building of kickboxing. Punch mitts are used for an intense energy and muscle building blast! This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Whole Body Workout

Put the fun back into FUNctional fitness! This class is designed to work your entire body using weights, bands, balls and movement to develop and maintain muscle, core strength and balance, while improving joint movement and flexibility. Keep your heart pumping and your body moving with innovative exercises that are both challenging and fun.
Mondays & Wednesdays 9-10 a.m.
Circuit Training is a high-intensity class that will kick your exercise regimen up a notch. This challenging total body workout will maximize your calorie burn and keep your body guessing by alternating high intensity cardio and strength training exercises. Class may take place outside from time to time, weather depending; please dress accordingly.
Mondays & Fridays 5:30-6:30 p.m.
A one-hour, total-body workout that incorporates a variety of high intensity cardio work, focusing on endurance, agility and strength, ending with a relaxing stretch. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Total Stretch Class
Tuesdays 10-11 a.m.
Fridays 8-9 a.m.
This total-body, deep stretching class is designed to help you stretch the connective tissues of the body, lengthen muscle tissue and create space in joints keeping a constant flow throughout the hour. It will include all the major and minor muscle groups, designed to improve overall flexibility & balance. You can expect gentle stretching to enhance a greater range of movement.
Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Ready to get ripped? Check out this total body, plateau-proof, fitness formulated, body burn! We use resistance, intervals, plyometrics, power and endurance training to get you ripped! Moderate to high intensity.
Boot Camp Challenge
Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:30-9:30 a.m.
A high-intensity class that pushes you past your comfort zone. If you have energy and calories to burn, then this is the challenge for you. Expect to see circuit training, plyometric and agility drills in this workout. Modifications are available in this moderate to high intensity class.
Strength & Balance for Seniors
Discover the benefits of both increased strength and flexibility. Improve balance, strength and coordination and learn effective stretching techniques and how to work with weights.

World-renowned fitness expert Bonnie Prudden exercised her whole life, even up to her final days in a hospice bed. In her lifetime she suffered a bone crushing skiing accident, cancer and heart bypass surgery. Yet she lived to be 97 years old! (We know you’ll be RUNNING to this class.) One of the things that set Prudden’s exercise program apart from all others was that it could be adapted to any age and any ability. (Child care for Tuesday’s and Thursday’s classes only)

Get your heart and muscles pumping with this fun, full-body fitness class. This high energy workout begins with a warm-up and then moves into interval cross training and strength-training exercises that target the entire body to improve cardiovascular capability and increase muscular strength and endurance.

Zumba is a high energy class that uses Latin and international music to create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness program. Every class feels like a party! Zumba routines feature a combo of fast and slow rhythms that make you feel joyful and alive. No dance experience is necessary.

An eclectic mix of different styles of yoga to develop strength, balance, flexibility, postural alignment, concentration and relaxation in a fun, safe environment.

All in One Combo
Fridays 9-10 a.m.
A cardio class that will work you from head to toe. This class mixes cardio, weights, and high-energy cardio moves to give you a total body workout. This high energy class is just the way to start your day.
