Individual Personal Training

Sport Specific Training
Sport Specific Personal Training can provide excellent conditioning in the off-season for athletes. We offer these sessions for individuals and groups with both indoor and outdoor cross training techniques included. Trainers will help develop and refine athletic skills for your specific sport interest and improve fundamental movement patterns to prevent injuries.

TRX Suspension Training will help develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Are you interested in TRX training but interested in going at your own pace? Then sign up for an individualized one on one training session.

Fitness Body Assessment
A body assessment will help you identify your overall fitness strengths and weaknesses. We will identify fitness goals and provide alternative approaches to exercises with the guidance of a personal trainer. Your flexibility, upper and lower body strength, stability, balance, body fat percentage, target heart rate and body alignment will be assessed and measured. Call the Fitness Office for more information or to schedule an appointment. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Bonnie Prudden Myotherapy is a method of relaxing muscle spasm, improving circulation and alleviating pain. To defuse trigger points, pressure is applied to the muscle for several seconds by means of fingers, knuckles and elbows. The success of this method depends on the use of specific corrective exercise for the freed muscles. Certified Myotherapists are uniquely qualified to handle such diverse problems as back pain, headaches, carpal tunnel, accident and occupational related injuries and the swelling and discomfort due to a variety of diseases including M.S., fibromyalgia and arthritis. Bonnie Prudden Myotherapy has been very successful in the treatment of athletes, artists, musicians, singers, computer operators, to name a few. During a Bonnie Prudden Myotherapy session, the newly relaxed muscles are then passively stretched to help return them to their normal state of painless activity.

Pre-Teen/Teenage Personal Training
Ages 10-17. Do you have a pre-teen or teen who wants a personal trainer?
We have a package just for them! Choose one of our trainers to work with your pre-teen/teenager and help them establish a healthy lifestyle early on. Our teen program can help to improve muscle tone and flexibility, increase strength, improve nutrition habits, and build self-esteem. Call today to schedule a session!
