MONDAYS 4 p.m.-6 p.m.  Ages 10-13. Explore, learn, hike and play in nature this fall. Our experienced trip leader will take participants on a different adventure each week throughout the Berkshires. For participants interested in an overnight adventure, there is an optional camp out available.

Berkshire South Rec Club
Ages 10-13. Build a life-long love of wellness and physical activity through this fun program. Each week participants will play different games and learn healthy lifestyle tips from our experienced instructors.

Youth & Teen Fitness

Black Rock FC Soccer
Ages 4-5 & 6-7. Black Rock FC professional soccer coaches will provide age appropriate curriculum for your child in soccer fundamentals. See your child fall in love with soccer through fun, exciting and movement based skills, exercises and games! The program is open to players born in 2014 through 2011. Students must be registered through Berkshire South. Questions about program content can be directed to Simon Borrett at Black Rock FC at 413-297-6901.

Teen Outreach Nutrition Exercise (TONE)
TONE is a program to improve the health and well-being of teens between the ages of 13 and 18. Enrollment is free and on a rolling basis. Participation provides access to the Norris Aquatics Center, the Fitzpatrick Fitness Center and Beinecke Gymnasium. For more details, click here!

 

Youth Fit Club
Ages 10-14. Group fitness for youth is a dynamic and fun way to be social while exercising. During this program, we offer the opportunity for youth to learn about the fitness center, gym etiquette, and how our fitness equipment works. We teach how to safely exercise in a productive and beneficial manner that is adapted to each age group and ability. From time to time the group participates in the adult group class that runs during this time. This program will help youth increase their self-image, give them a reason to work out, allow them to work out with friends, and give them a safe environment to learn about fitness and well-being. Youth Fit Club runs simultaneously with Cardio Kick-Boxing on Wednesdays.WEDNESDAYS 5:30-6:30 p.m.
