Out with the Old & In with the New: Break Through Self-limiting Beliefs to Live a Healthier Life
 
In Registered Dietitian Stephanie MacLeay’s nutrition seminar, learn how to set clear intentions and break through your self-limiting beliefs so that you can achieve your health goals with confidence. In this workshop, will help you to bring awareness to your inner dialogue and practice radical self-acceptance so that you can have more mental freedom and stick-with-it-ness to live the life you have always wanted. Becoming aware of the inner workings of the mind helps us to recognize when we are falling to familiar patterns and allows to make a different choice. Break through your behavioral pattern of self-sabotage through intentional action, positive self-talk, acceptance and forgiveness.
