Custodian (part time)
Facility Custodian: Seeking part time facilities staff. Looking to fill P/T position, 12-18 hours/wk. Shifts specifically on weekdays 6-10 p.m. and weekends with additional hours available at varying times. Duties include detailed cleaning/custodial, grounds, room set-ups & light maintenance. Camp Counselors and Middle School Group Coordinators
Action Adventures Day Camp, and Camp StepUp are seeking camp counselors and middle school group coordinators ages 17+ to have fun with kids ages 5-14!

Housatonic Park Coordinators
Berkshire South Regional Community Center is looking for a Highly Motivated individual to oversee Housatonic Park and Playground for Summer of 2019. Individual must be well organized and have great interpersonal relationship skills. Will handle scheduling of staff, and will report to the Parks Director. Must also be great at working with kids, and be able to engage with children in activities.

Assistant Lakefront Lifeguard Coordinators
Maintain a safe lake and park environment for guests and staff. Assist the Waterfront Coordinator manage all schedules throughout the entire summer. Help the Waterfront Coordinator with day to day operations, and life guard supervision and management. Position is required to work 3-4 days per week and one of those days must be a weekend. Must hold a current Lifeguard with Waterfront Skills Certification. EOE

Park Staff
Berkshire South Regional Community Center is looking to hire individuals to work and supervise children at the Housatonic Park and Playground for Summer 2019. Individuals must be enthusiastic, and work well with children. Also must be willing to participate in games and activities with kids at the park. Will report to the Park coordinator. EOE

Summer Lifeguard (part time)
Help maintain a safe and family friendly waterfront at the lakes. Will enforce all rules and report any incidents to Waterfront Coordinators. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, reliable Customer service experience, ability to handle and resolve problems professionally, takes the initiative, and ability to remain focused for long periods of time. Must hold a Lifeguard with Waterfront Skills certification, or obtain one before being hired. EOE

Lead Teacher
BSRCC’s Sunshine Preschool program is seeking a Massachusetts’s EEC certified Lead Teacher for year-round full-time position.  Hours of work are 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.  Candidate must have a Massachusetts’s EEC Lead Teacher certification. Fitness Instructors (Substitute)
Seeking on-call, certified group fitness instructors to serve the needs of current clientele teaching cardio/med/high intensity classes. The ideal instructor should be passionate about health and wellness, ambitious, positive, and motivated to see clientele meet their fitness goals. Instructor must be certified to teach groups. Preference is given to experienced individuals who are knowledgeable about current fitness trends, can present a diverse exercise experience and who can work with all levels of ability. EOE

Lifeguards (for the Community Center)
Part time positions open for multiple shifts at the Community Center. Individual will provide close supervision of swimmers, rescue swimmers who are in danger, administer first aid, rescue breathing or CPR as needed. Responsible for enforcing all pool rules and regulations and for preparing and maintaining a safe, clean aquatics center environment as part of duties. Individual will support upkeep tasks in the pool area, conduct water tests, and attend all staff training sessions. Must be responsible, and current in Lifeguard training, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid. Must be at least 16 years of age. EOE
