Clinics will be appropriate for all levels of fitness.
- Pickleball Intro to Beginners is for players new to the game or who have been playing for a short while, with a focus on fundamentals
- Pickleball Skills and Drills In this class, intermediate level players will focus on serving, return of serve, learning the dink shot and the drop shot

Gentle Yoga

This gentle yoga class is based on a Kripalu style of yoga. Kripalu is a type of Hatha yoga that begins with breathing exercises (pranayama) and stretches followed by an exploration of postures (asana) and ending with a final relaxation. Kripalu emphasizes self-acceptance and moving at your own pace and makes it great for both beginners and seasoned yogis alike.

Breast Health Qigong

Join our certified Matter of Balance instructors for an 8-week class to lessen your fear of falling. You’ll learn to view falls as controllable, discover small changes to reduce at-home falls, and engage in exercises to increase flexibility, strength, and balance. This wellness and exercise program is designed to transform your body and lifestyle in just 10 weeks. Participants will work together twice a week to form a supportive tight-knit group and help create healthy, long-term habits. We will start each session with a challenging 1hr fitness class led by our highly qualified certified personal trainers and instructors. Then, our instructors will lead 30-minute workshop dedicated to exploring other areas of full-body wellness such as mindfulness, nutrition, goal setting, and mobility. There will also be opportunities to get personalized help from a certified personal trainer. You’ll cheer each other on and gain support in our exclusive Get Fit Facebook page. We’ll celebrate the end of this 10-week challenge with a party and prizes! Then, our instructors will lead 30-minute workshop dedicated to exploring other areas of full-body wellness such as mindfulness, nutrition, goal setting, and mobility.
