Sign up for a 30-minute private session to experience the Reiki Healing Arts with Carrie Harper from Here To There Reiki Care. Reiki is a gentle form of healing in which the practitioner is a conduit for the Reiki energy to flow to the receiver. Reiki supports each person in an individual way for their highest good. This universal life force energy is accessible to all, balancing physical, emotional, mind, and spirit.

Dragon and Tiger Medical Qigong is a centuries-old self-healing practice based on acupuncture techniques. It helps free you of energetic blockages by balancing the chi flow that runs through your body’s meridians and energy channels. These movements help develop balance between the left and right sides of the body and brain.

Heart-Based Meditation

Heart-based meditation is a simple and easy practice that relieves stress, increases energy, and encourages personal and spiritual growth. This technique does not require you to quiet your mind; instead, thoughts are welcomed and accepted as part of the practice. You’ll learn how to incorporate this into your day to live a more heart-centered life.
Over this three week course, you will learn how to engage in this practice to experience a deep quality of peace, contentment, and appreciation for life. In the first week, we will learn the basic mechanics of the eyes-closed meditation practice. In week two, we will learn how to enhance our technique. In the third week, we’ll explore an eyes-open centering practice that you can use throughout the day to integrate the gains of meditation and accelerate your growth. It is highly encouraged to attend all three sessions!
