This is a drop-in class, no pre-registration required.

Recenter and refocus with heart-based meditation. This simple, accessible practice relieves stress, boosts energy, supports healing, and promotes personal and spiritual growth. Thoughts are welcomed and accepted, making it an open, gentle practice for cultivating a heart-centered life. Drop in to these weekly meditation sessions to explore well-being through mindful connection. No registration required!

Please Note: From May 1-May 14 the Auditorium floors are being refinished. During this time, Meditation will take place in the Meeting Rooms.

Easy Tai Chi

Saturdays, March 7th – April 18th (no class on April 4th)

This practice includes simple tai chi moves and Qigong methods. Slow fluid movement, self-applied massage, deep breathing exercises, and meditation releases the relaxation response in the brain. Enjoy the benefits of lower blood pressure, less joint pain, improved balance and stability, reduced stress, and over all well-being. All levels and ages will benefit. No equipment required.
