Amazonian Breathwork Workshop with Ceremonial Cacao

Open your mind and join Justin Torrico for this one-day workshop that aims to relax, empower, and heal. Justin, a Kripalu certified yoga teacher, has practiced breathwork inspired by Amazonian tribal practices for over 10 years. Class includes movement and guided sound-assisted meditations to help you root into these ancient awareness techniques. We’ll sip ceremonial cacao to elevate the experience and deepen our spiritual and social connection.

Heart-based meditation is a simple and easy practice that relieves stress, increases energy, and encourages personal and spiritual growth. This technique does not require you to quiet your mind. Thoughts are welcomed and accepted as part of the practice. You’ll learn how to incorporate this into your day to live a more heart-centered life.

Sign up for a 30-minute private session to experience the Reiki Healing Arts with Carrie Harper from Here To There Reiki Care. Reiki is a gentle form of healing in which the practitioner is a conduit for the Reiki energy to flow to the receiver. Reiki supports each person in an individual way for their highest good. This universal life force energy is accessible to all, balancing physical, emotional, mind, and spirit.

Dragon and Tiger Medical Qigong

Dragon and Tiger Medical Qigong is a centuries-old self-healing practice based on acupuncture techniques. It helps free you of energetic blockages by balancing the chi flow that runs through your body’s meridians and energy channels. These movements help develop balance between the left and right sides of the body and brain.
