End your busy week with this guided and relaxing meditation that takes place lying down. Participants are led into a deep meditative state or ‘divine sleep’ and guided to observe their deepest intentions. The instructor can tailor the class to your particular healing needs. Registration is required.

Amazonian Breathwork 1-Day Workshop with Ceremonial Cacao

Open your mind to this deeply relaxing, empowering, and healing 1-day workshop. Class includes movement and guided sound-assisted meditations to help you root into ancient awareness techniques. We’ll sip ceremonial cacao to elevate the experience and deepen our spiritual and social connection. Justin, a Kripalu-certified yoga teacher, has been practicing breathwork inspired by an Amazonian Tribal Practice for over 10 years.

Easy Tai Chi

Wednesdays, January 7th – February 11th

This practice includes simple tai chi moves and Qigong methods. Slow fluid movement, self-applied massage, deep breathing exercises, and meditation releases the relaxation response in the brain. Enjoy the benefits of lower blood pressure, less joint pain, improved balance and stability, reduced stress, and over all well-being. All levels and ages will benefit. No equipment required.
