Listen To An Interview With Our 2024 Splash-A-Thon Ambassador, Josh & Executive Director, Jenise Lucey On WSBS!

1: What do you like about swimming at Berkshire South?

The pool and the hot (therapy pool). I like swimming in the lanes and talking to the lifeguards.

2: How does swimming make you feel?

I feel happy when I am swimming!

3: Why do you participate in the Splash-A-Thon?

Because I want to raise money for Berkshire South

How It Works

Anyone who would like to participate in the Splash-A-Thon is welcome and encouraged to join us!  In addition to lap swimming, we are also offering a Happiness Hour aqua-aerobics class for a flat fee donation ($20 minimum). This class is open to all ages and will take place on Saturday, April 6 at 10 am.

Swimmers of all abilities are welcome to swim individually or as part of a relay team. Relay teams and individuals have up to two hours to swim up to 200 lengths of the pool. You do NOT have to use the full time or swim 200 lengths!

Relay teams generally include up to four people, though exceptions can be made for larger teams. Team members may swim individually or share a lane.

  • Swimsuit and Towel
  • Goggles and Swim cap (optional)
